The refund processing time is calculated from the date the “Customer Order Cancellation Refund Application Affidavit” is submitted and received by H LENSCAPE customer service, and it will be completed within 15 working days. If H LENSCAPE determines that there are special circumstances such as backorders, out of stock, discontinued products, or the delivery location is unreachable, H LENSCAPE reserves the right to ship or not ship the product.

Returns and Refunds According to the Consumer Protection Act, H LENSCAPE provides you with a 3-day inspection period (non-trial period) starting from the day after the product arrives.

As “H LENSCAPE” products are custom-made, they are not eligible for returns/refunds, and no trial or design changes are accepted. Once the order process is completed and production begins, no returns are allowed.

If the packaging is damaged or incomplete due to transportation when you receive the goods, please check the product on the spot and notify the courier. If you find any damage after receiving the goods, please contact H LENSCAPE customer service within 7 days to handle the replacement process.
